Pail End is a one-bedroom holiday let, next door to the owners' house in the Peak District village of Brassington, a couple of miles from Carsington Water.
Stepping into Pail End, there is an open-plan living area, with compact kitchen and sitting area. Upstairs, you have a double eaves bedroom, with a window looking south along the valley, complete with a couple of chairs and small table for morning coffee, or tea breaks. A comfy, king-size bed with a low footboard to accommodate taller guests. Soft and firm pillows.
Outside Pail End is a terraced lawn with table and chairs; this area of the owners' garden is enjoyed by guests on fine days.
The village of Brassington benefits from two friendly pubs.
Carsington Water is just over two miles away - very popular with our guests for easy walking with visitor facilities. Nearby is the Cromford & High Peak Trail: the former railway track now much-enjoyed by walkers and cyclists.
Pail End is for couples (or singles) who are looking for a relaxing break in the countryside, with inspiring views, invigorating walks, and interesting places to visit, so you can return home refreshed.
