• No smoking allowed indoors.
• One dog is welcome, along with very responsible owners.
• Shop 4.5 miles.
• Two pubs within a few minutes' walk.
• Carsington Water 2.5 miles.
• Sorry: not suitable for children.
• Please note the property is not ideal for people with limited mobility (steps).
